Is this program for new cars or used cars?

When you are approved, you will be able to choose from new or used cars, it’s up to you. When we follow up, we will discuss the best option for you.

What are the interest rates for my auto loan?

Interest rates are determined by several factors, including the severity of credit problems, the amount of down payment, and the degree of credit risk. However, we can tell you we have the best rates in the industry!

How long does the application process take?

The application only takes a couple minutes to complete. You should complete every step of the application accurately and honestly for better loan success. If you leave some parts blank or do not complete all necessary steps, your application could be denied. You should get a response from us very quickly. In the unlikely case you do not hear from us, you should reapply and complete ALL STEPS. There may have been an error in your application or it may have been incomplete.

Can I get an auto loan even if I have bad credit?

If I buy a Pre-Owned Vehicle, how can I be sure it is reliable?

We recommend you get a warranty when you finalize your loan to protect your vehicle for years to come. If you vehicle breaks down and you don’t have enough money to repair it, it’s easy to default on your loan. A warranty will protect you and keep this from happening!

Does buying a pre-owned vehicle really help me reestablish my credit?

Yes. When checking with the credit bureau, many lending institutions look at automobile loans more closely than any other type of loan (other than home loans) to verify your credit standing. Buying a car from a “buy here, pay here” lot that does not report to the credit reporting agencies is usually not productive because it does not help your credit record at all.
